Last weekend my friend and I made the most of the sunny whether with a morning trip to the Saturday food market at Duke of York Square in Chelsea. It may be small compared to London's other markets but it's brimming with fresh, homemade food and a buzzing atmosphere. You can buy everything from barbecued burgers to mouth-watering strawberry tarts, to hand-sliced sweet potato crisps. You can even get a plate of oysters or a lobster! There's trays of sushi, cartons of fish and chips and stacks of fudge in every flavour imaginable. On this visit, I went for the roasted vegetable and goat's cheese quiche with a side salad, which was delicious, while my friend opted for the spinach and feta quiche (I tried a bit and can confirm it was pretty fab too!).
I hope you like the pictures... looking at them makes me wonder why we didn't buy more!
PS. I bought this T-shirt from Whistles last year and I love it - there's a similar one available to buy here!
This post is making me SO hungry! Sweets are a weakness of mine!
